issue with document opening in Adobe Sign

Hi,

I have issues with a document on which I need to get signatures. When sending the signature request, no one is able to open it. I have sent 4 documents to be signed the same morning, all worked except this one that no one can view. I have no issue on my side to preview / access the document but people who are supposed to review and sign this file cannot access it.
