Issue with syncronising Adobe Sign with Dynamics CRM
Our documents are going out from CRM and Adobe Sign to customers without issue. When the documents are signed they are being returned by email, but are not being updated in the CRM as signed. Instead we get the following error every time:
Error while retrieving agreement status : Error converting value "DOCUMENTS_VIEWED" to type 'AdobeSignPlugins.EchoSignModel.Enums+AgreementEventTypeV6'. Path 'events[3].type', line 1, position 1540.
Has anyone seen this error before and is there an easy solution?
