In the image below you can see the fields that I am trying to populate information into. Title, Company, etc.; however it will not you let you click inside to input information, I have also browsed around the different options inside the "my profile" section with no luck at finding where to input these fields. Any support offered is greatly appreciated!!

The fields you are referring to use as to create form fields to be filled by the signer.
Please refer the steps provided in help document to create form fields: Adding form fields | Tutorials
Let us know what exactly you are trying to do or if you are referring to something else.
