Issues in finding important information for Adobe Sign validation

Does anyone know, where those 2 reports can be downloaded:

1. Certificate of Registration:

• PECB MS – CERTIFICATE – ADOBE’S INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ISMS)
  Certificate Number: C798-ISMS261-12-19-issue2
• PECM MS – CERTIFICATE – ADOBE’S BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BCMS)
  Certicicate Number: C1002-BCMS48-12-20

We contacted our Key account manager, but till now no reply, and without those documents we can't finalize our validation report. Any advice?
