Issues signing in to Adobe Sign.
I am trying to sign into Adobe Sign account when I encountered this:
"We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."
I can't reset. Changing the passwords does not help either.
In order to contact support, I needed to sign in. This is circular and this forum seems to be the only way I can reach anyone in Adobe support.
It seems that this issues has been around since 2018. You would've thought it have been fixed by now.
