Hi!

 

Anyone else having issues signing documents after the update?

I get a message: "Failed to get signing URL."

Adobe support tacticts: Drop a copy/paste generic reply, requesting more details, and then disappear.

Please share more information about the issue you are experiencing. Do you get the error for all the documents you send for signature?

Are you using the Acrobat desktop application or the Acrobat Online?

I've been having the exact same issue since around the same time. Every single document I send for signing in the desktop app, when I go to sign it, I get the message "Could not open the agreement. Failed to get signing url" in a popup with only one button: "Close."

 

 

Restarting Acrobat makes no difference. The only solution I've found is to open Acrobat Online in a web browser and sign there. But it ALWAYS takes me an age to find the link to the web solution, and why should I have to use the web version when I pay for the desktop app?

 

I'm running MacOS Sonoma 14.4, Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024.002.20687 on a MacBook Pro M1. I'm on the Creative Cloud All Apps plan.

This is also my issue. I have sent out a contract for an IC to sign and cannot sign the document myself. Please help!
