Issues with Adobe Sign

Errors are appearing when I try to send a PDF for digital signature. This is a new problem; the function has previously worked without issue.

When I send a form for signature the text in the text entry fields disappears and a formatting error appears in a field containing a calculation.

Has anyone else come across this issue? I have updated to the newest version and it is telling me there are no further updates.

Please let us know if this issue occurs with this particular document. How was the PDF form created initially?

Are you using the Acrobat desktop application or the Acrobat Sign web application to send the document?

If possible, please share the PDF with us so we can check it.

It is this particular document, however it is the only one of its type that we use.

I'm using the desktop application.
