Issues with adobe sign within acrobat

Hi, I'm using Premiere Rush for a while now and recently purchased Acrobat Pro.

 

I also changed my email address as I was using my .edu (personal account only). As I converted a PDF and wanted to send it for signing, Acrobat suddently displayed "You do not have access to this service. Please contact your IT Administrator to get access".

 

I don't understand this issue, does someone have a clue?
