Issues with Mega Sign CSV file

Hello everyone,

I would appreciate if you guys can help me with this.
These days I was trying Adobe Sign, and searching all the functionalities of it. So, I find the "Mega Sign" function, and was trying it, by the way, works fine inserting signers manually.
But when I tried to "Import Recipients and Merge Fields from File" I downloaded the CSV sample to learn how to do this. And then i understood how to fill the fields and how it works, so after that, I insert the data that I wanted, and saved in CSV format. But when I tried to upload the file, it gives me an error.
It said "Upload error: An error has occurred".
I don't know how to solve this, because i want to send a lot of forms and I need to have different data in each one of those.
