Issues with saving signed agreements to Salesforce

We are using Adobe Sign. We are noticing that signed agreements are not getting saved to Salesforce during Sept 2019. Has anyone noticed this? This was working fine in Aug 2019 and is working fine in Oct 2019.

Any thoughts?
