Hi Yashobhit,

Thank you for reaching out.

As you are sending the document, the javascript or macros added to the form do not work in Adobe Sign.

When you convert/ upload the form to Adobe Sign, it flattens the form and only recognizes the form fields as normal fields. You can make changes to the fiedls in Adobe Sign after uploading the form.

You may refer to the following help document to check the form field types in Adobe Sign: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html and may also use text tags to add form fields: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/text-tag.html

Let us know if you have any questions or need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
