Javascript is not working with Echosign when sent for signature through Email

I have included JavaScript in the validation and action tab for text fields in order to add custom validations and actions.

None of the custom validation or action is working when sent to the signer via mail with EchoSign.

The same is working when accessed through Adobe Reader or in Adobe Acrobat preview mode.

Hi maqs50237765 ,

Please be informed once the document gets uploaded in the Adobe Sign environment it gets converted to an image. So any JavaScript or macros won't work with Adobe Sign.

If you want to add any validation, you will have to do it in the Adobe Sign environment.

Upload the document in Adobe Sign, navigate to Authoring page where you place the fields on the document, double click on the fields and select the validation under "validation" Drop-down.

Aadesh
