Javascripts and Hyperlinks not working

We are trying to test out Adobe Sign for our company, but we are having some issues.

We created the basic document in Indesign and then did some fine tuning in Acrobat. When the document is pulled through into Adobe Sign we have been experiencing the following issues:

• Hyperlinks don't work
• The tab order was lost
• Some of the fields had Javascript that made in tab next when completed (for phone numbers) and thats also not working.

Are these issues fixable? Is it available for the Business or Enterprise packages?
