Keep receiving Adobe Sign trial emails even though I already have an account - cannot unsubscribe!

I keep receiving (sometimes upto 5 a day) the below email from echosign@echosign.com. I upgraded to the paid plan a month ago. I don't know why these started last week. I cannot unsubcribe from them! Screenshot attached.
