Keeping Multiple DIGITALLY SIGNED Files Separated

I have the business and enterprise-level service plan. The option "keep separate files" is already known to me. 

How to keep many files DIGITALLY SIGNED separated? Without such an option the Adobe Sign is useless.

Yes. The option "keep documents separated" is already known to me. But it does not work when the documents are signed by a DIGITAL signature. It only works for simple electronic signatures.
