Kiosk/iPad and in-person signing
We're a utility company that would like to have available to walk-in customers the ability for them to utilise Adobe Sign on an iPad or Kiosk to fill out and sign forms. e.g. Sign up for a service. Change customer information, etc.
Customer Service would like the customer to fill out an Adobe Sign web form on a Kiosk, and then have the customer sign at the same time right there on the Kiosk. Currently, after the customer fills out the Adobe Sign web form, Adobe Sign is sending the customer an email, requiring the customer to finish the signature process on their personal device (after getting the signature link from their personal email, for example).
Is it possible to have the customer fill out and sign the web form on the Kiosk, without requiring the customer needing access to their email?
