Knowledge Based Authentication configuration details needed

LexisNexis - provider behind Adobe's KBA authentication typically requires a several-page-long document on how KBA behaves.  In other words, how many attempts are allowed, what types of real and red herring questions are required, etc.

In the KBA configuration screens,

as evidenced by the attached screenshot, all I seem to be able to specify as administrator is # of attempts, and then just a "default/hard" rule-set.

I would like to go further and actually specify what types of questions are OK to ask.  Is there a way to accomplish that?

Hello JsMrWolfl,

As of now, its not possible to customize the questions asked to signers while attempting the KBA. It is being setup by LexisNexis's database.

Thanks, Rijul.  LexisNexis generates questions based on the "InstantID® Q&A SYSTEM CONFIGURATION FORM" that they have configured for Adobe.  Some eSign vendors allow customers to amend that said document at the account level, so that questions being asked are consistent with the end-client's business rules.

Based on what you are telling me, it seems that Adobe configures the "InstantID® Q&A SYSTEM CONFIGURATION FORM" globally the same way for all of its clients.  Would you be able to confirm that?
