Large PDF document signed in PADES, too slow

Hi,

I'had a PDF (PDF/A1b, PDF 1.4, only with text, recent format doesn't help) which weighs 30 MB. I can read it, manipulate it easyly with Adobe Reader.

But, when I sign it in PADES-LT (qualified, eIDAS).

It becomes impossible to handle it with Adobe Reader (défault configuration) :

• Openning the file (only with 1 signature) : 5minutes (each signatures : 3/4 minutes

The user experience is not acceptable with this kind of delay.

You can possibly change the configuration to remove the signature verification when opening ... but this is not recommended and the opening is still very slow.

Any suggestion ?
