Library Documents, Guided Navigation, and non-Required Fields
Hello, we have library documents setup to send to our customers. We use the Adobe API to push customer data to the signing experience to have our forms prepopulated. For all of these fields, we still want them editable, but we have made them not required. The goal is to have the user go directly to signing, if they want, but be able to change the prepopulated fields if they want. The prepopulated fields are "assigned" to "Anyone" and the signature field and a date next to it are "assigned" to "Participant 1". When we tested this the other day, the Guided Navigation arrow was the color orange and went straight to the signature field while still allowing us to edit the prepopulated fields, which is exactly what we want. Testing today, without any changes we can tell, the Guided Navigation arrow is yellow and makes us tab through every prepopulated field even if they are not required. We like the Guided Navigation because we want it to point at the signature field and date field for the user. We don't want it to have to go through all of the prepopulated fields. Is there a way to do this? What we saw on Friday with the orange arrow is how we want it to work. The arrow color might not mean anything, but it's something we noticed in our testing.
Thank you.
