Lien / création d'un lien

Je veux envoyer Je veux envoyer à mes clients un formulaire à remplir, quand je fais "obtenir un lien" dans "documents" le document que reçoivent mes clients est inutilisable car il n'y a pas les champs à remplir. Quand j'utilise le document qui se trouve dans la bibliothèque, il y a les champs à remplir mais je ne peux pas créer de lien. Mes commerciaux n'ont pas que ça à faire que d'aller sur votre site toute la journée, j'ai donc besoin des liens qui fonctionnent. Que dois-je faire ?                            PS : Quand vous faites des mises à jour veillez à ce qu'elles améliorent l'utilisation de vos logiciels, parce que l'ancienne version était beaucoup plus intuitive et claire

        J'ai appelé plusieurs fois et à chaque fois on me renvoie sur le chat qui ne fonctionne pas...

Hi there,

As you have mentioned above, you send the document to clients using the "Get link" option.

It seems that you are using the "Share" option to send the document to the client.

When you use the Share option to send the document, it gives you the option to share the PDF either to view or review.

In that case, the client will only be able to view those files. He/she will not be able to fill the form as the form fields will be flattened.

In order to fill the form, the client has to download the file to the machine. Then he can open the downloaded file and fill in the form fields.

If you wish to send the document to fill by the client, I would suggest you to use the "Send for signature" option.
