Limitations on sending documents for signing

I purchased an Adobe Sign account so I could send large documents out for e-signing. My first document is 180 pages however it won't let me send because I've exceeded the "100 page transaction limit".

Why wasn't I told about this when I bought the product? There was no disclosure about a page limit.

I've been told that I need to change my plan and pay extra to be able to send my document.

However when I contact support, they do not respond to me.

Can someone assist please?

Hi Adobe, I've tried calling various times. First I spoke to someone on the 1300 318 201 number. After 10 minutes of explaining my email address using the NATO phonetic alphabet they hung up on me. I phoned back and was put through to someone who transferred me to someone else. I spelled out my email address again, that person checked my account and then told me he couldn't help me and that I should call a different number. I've called the different number of 1800 614 863. I was on hold for 31 minutes. When the operator picked up and I told them of my issue they said they were from the Photography area of Adobe and couldn't help me. They have transferred me to another area. I'm not back on hold and being transferred to someone else. Can someone please email me to assist? I just want to be able to send a 200+ document for e-signing - URGENTLY.

I called Adobe and they are upgrading my account to 500 pages free of charge.

Interesting... as I've spent about 2 hours on virtual chat with them, being transferred between about 5 different operators, telling me I need to upgrade my product however they can't tell me which specific product does what I need.

I don't want to spend more money on another Adobe product only to find out it still doesn't do what I want it to do

I have the same problem. Is there a solution that can help me to send out the document?
