We have checked that you are using the Acrobat Sign Enterprise service plan. To see the transaction limit for your plan, please refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4eQY9Hn. 

If you wish to make the changes to extend the limit, please ask the account administrator to check with the sales team for the account. They will help you with the correct information.
