Link Adobe sign to SharePoint

Hi,

I have Adobe for Teams and I am trying to establish a Office 365 tenant connection from SharePoint to Adobe Sign.

When connecting I am forwarded to my main account page after logging in. On the second attempt, I get an error "OAuth failed. Please try again."

I am an administrator on SharePoint and O365. Are there any other steps that I need to take to get this working?
