Link to a document for signature

I have a document that is a sign-up sheet with multiple fields for clients to fill out and return.  I have been sending them through "Send for Signature" to each individual's email address.  Is it possible to create a link to the blank fillable document that can be embedded in a mass email (I use Constant Contact)?

Hi Rachel,

 

You can create a fillable document with multiple fields which can be accessed via a URL link to mass-mail to contacts with the Adobe Sign Webform/Widget feature available with the Small Business, Business or Enterprise Adobe Sign license.

 

You can embed this URL in a mass email, and anyone who clicks on the URL link is taken to the agreement to fill in and eSign. Whenever someone fills in the form, you will receive an email with the completed form. You will also have a copy of the signed agreement saved in your Adobe Sign Dashboard.

I'm wondering how you recal an adobe signed document sent to multiple people and one of the persons should not receive the document.

Hello, is there a way to create a link to a "folder" of multiple documents that each need to be eSigned?
