Logging into account- Adobe ID

After re-setting 3x I can't log into this account. There are two ways to login on this page: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login

Using either, it doesn't work. BUT One gives me a message that I am "locked out". So this may be a clue?

There are also two password resetting methods, with resetting links from two different Adobe email accounts, just FYI

Since there is no support email, can someone minimally get me in there so I can get my copies of my docs?

Hello ,

As mentioned, you encountered the message as "Locked out" while logging into EchoSign, I would recommend you to reset your password by clicking "I forgot my password" and entering your email address to receive password reset email.
