LOGIN ISSUE

I haven't been able to log into my Adobe Sign account for almost a month!  I keep getting the same canned reply that "the senior support team is working to resolve it" blah blah.  How about a human response as to why I can't login to my Adobe Sign account. This is also affecting many others and nobody knows what's going on. Adobe is a public company and should be held to higher standards.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Please be informed we have reported this to the Engineering team and they have identified the fix and they are applied it to each user one by one, and as this is a manual process it is taking longer than usual.

Currently this is on the highest priority with the engineering team.

We hope to get this issue resolved soon. And as soon the issue is resolved, you will be notified.

Please share your Adobe id and contact details in the private message so we can check it at our end.

Also, share a screenshot of the error you get when trying to sign in to the account.

I have the exact same issue. I can't log into my account for a month. Now the support wont return my emails. I NEED ACCESS to my signed docs. Why can't anyone respond? This is getting ridiculous! Why am I being ignored???
