Login Problem

Hi -

 

I try to log in to Adobe Sign to check the status of my documents.

 

Every time I get the following error: "We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."

 

Yes, I have changed my ID a couple of years ago (after the security breach), but somehow the system doesn't recognize the "new" ID... (already checked the old ID which results in a "user unknown" message.

 

Can anyone help to resolve this issue?
