Looking for Developer to Integrate Wordpress with Adobe Sign

Looking for a developer/programmer to integrate WordPress with Adobe Sign for an Event site, basically just to get waivers signed for members, but want the process automated. Is this a good place to find a programmer or can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks!
