Looking for workarounds from Sign veterans: Preview docs before sending

Adobe support has already told me that previewing documents in Adobe Sign before sending is impossible, so let's skip that entirely.

Are there organizations that have found a way around this? Mega Sign works fine for us, but members of our unit prefer to proof our contracts before they go out. We traditionally mail-merge our contracts in Microsoft Word, which offers a preview, and we can then print hard copies or output those contracts as PDFs. However, the only way we've found to send those out in Adobe Sign is one at a time. We send out hundreds of contracts in one sitting at times, so this really isn't feasible.

So, does anyone have a process in place to get around issues like this? I know the easy solution would be to trust the process and send everything through Mega Sign, but I'm not given that option. Thanks in advance.

Hi PepperQueen,

As a workaround, sender can be the first signer on the document just to preview/review it. But he will have place his signature on the document.

And you can do this with 'I need to sign "First",' workflow while using the Mega Sign feature.

Hope this helps.
