Lost all Contracts

Hi

 

I've been advised to put this on your community site, rather than a support case, via your offshore web chat assistant.

 

In short, we have recently removed Abode from our salesforce instance, under the expectation that the attachments would stay against the records. Unfortunately, they have all disappeared, so we have lost all of our customer contracts which are integral to the business.  I need access to all of these files as a matter of urgency,

what happens to the signed records? I don't even see them in my inbox.

 

I have stopped using echosign for a few months, but surely the documents must have been stored somewhere with the signatures?

 

Do I need to refresh my account?
