Lost templates following trial

Good morning.

I recently just moved from a trial with AdobeSign to take on a small business subscription (1 license).

Having done this and signed in, I have lost all the templates and work that I had done whilst on the trial.

Can anyone advise?

Hi JMBJ,

As you are using the trial account before and now using the license version, are you using the same email address for the current account?

If not, you can still sign in usng the email address used for the trial account. The account do not get deleted after the trial ends.

You can still access the account and download the templates from there for further use.
