Lost the ability to create a template?

Hello All,

I used to have the ability to create one template to utilize to send out to multiple people; however, I recently lost that ability and have to individually format each form to then individually send out to each person. I click on the button that says "create template;" however, once it brings me to Adobe Sign, the actual button to create a template is not there. This has made the process much more tedious for me. Does anyone know why I may have lost this ability? Thanks!
