Making a Signed Agreement Confidential in Adobe Sign for Salesforce

I need to make an HR agreement that has already been signed in our Adobe Sign for Salesforce unable to access by anyone other than the Owner in Salesforce. If this isn’t possible, is there a way to delete the signed agreement record or remove the signed files from the record?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    There are two workflows that can be utilised in this situation. When sending the document, you have the option to assign a password for accessing the final version. However, since the document has already been signed, this option is not feasible.

    If needed, you can delete the agreement from your Acrobat Sign account. For additional guidance, please refer to the information in the following help document: How to delete an agreement from your Acrobat Sign account. Ensure that you save a copy of the document.
