Making an extending fillable form for petition

Hi all,

I am trying to make a form that shows how many people have signed a petition. I think this is probably a good way to do it but Adobe Acrobat tends to send multiple forms and I want one petition that shows all the signatures. Is there a way to do this without having to send it through email and having a form that extends depending on how many people sign? I want people to be able to see who signed and how many people signed. I would like it to look almost like a physical petition.

It would also be helpful to include some other information for people to write before adding the signature.

Thank you

Hi Adriana36058675gng2,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are trying to send a document for multiple signatures, it can only be sent via email. Or you may check the Acrobat Sign workflow (https://adobe.ly/43lDabi)

Check if that helps.

If you are looking for a different workflow, share more information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Did you figure out how to do this? I am trying to do something similar and have not been able to find the right solution or this need.  Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
