mask data for some but not all recipients

New to Adobe Sign, hello!

I have a custom workflow setup to push a form through 3 sets of form fillers before arriving at a 4th certified recipient. I need to mask some of the data entered by form filler #1 from filler #3 and certified recipient #4. Form filler #2 is allowed to see the data from form filler #1. Is this partial data masking possible?
