Mega Sign

Hi

Just wondering where Mega Sign is?

I subscribe personally to adobe each month for CS5 and all things Adobe and my workplace subscribe to esign (formerly echo sign) on a basic package.

I thought I might find Mega Sign on the Dashboard under the third option 'Archive' where it is shown on one of the Adobe tutorials but it is not there!  If someone could point out how I reveal it that would be great!  I need to send multiple documents for signature.

It's strange as a while ago I sent multiple docs at work using the old echosign, with no problems - do we need to upgrade our package?

Any help greatly received.

      Hello Lynda,

      MegaSign feature is available in business level accounts and not in Send for Signature level. I would recommend to upgrade if you want to avail the feature.
