Mega Sign. Adding an Image after the file has been signed, before is emailed to user

I'm using Mega Sign, we want to add an Image (of a signature) and a date, after the file has been signed, before is emailed back to the user.

Basically, we are sending a contract to our employees, after they sign, we want to add the Superintendent signature (an image) to the contract before is emailed back to the employee.

I have a second question related to the question above, we also would like to delay the email delivery of the document.

We want to give all employees a two weeks windows to sign, and we would like all employees to receive the email with the signed document (and the added image signature) back the same day (September 1, 2016).

Basically all employees need to sign the document, they would have a two weeks period to complete this task.

Then we need to add the signature of the Superintendent to all contracts, it would be great if this can be automatically done

Then all employees would receive an email with the signed copy of the contract, on September 1, that is the first day of the school year.

We and our users are mainly using Internet Explorer 11.
