Mega Sign prefill field can't parse some characters and show question mark.

I am trying to send agreement with Mega Sign with dynamic company name and address. However, I found that for Werstern Eupope characters (ä, ö,ü, etc.), system can't parse it from CSV correctly. Instead, it will show it as a question mark, while for the rest is ok. How can I resolve the issue?
