Merging accounts.. Forgotten login info.
I recently created a new account with the hope of merging to my old account, since I have forgotten my previous login details. Old phone number on old account too.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
As mentioned, you have two Acrobat Sign accounts that you would like to merge. Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge the accounts. You will need to close one of the accounts or use them separately.
If you have forgotten the login credentials, please share the email addresses you might have used to register for the service. Or you can sign in using those emails and select forgot password option.
