Microsoft certificate for digital signature

Hello,

Adobe Digital signature is new to my organisation and I am working on a project to roll this technology within my organisation using Adobe reader DC.

I want to know if certificate for digital signature can be generated at Microsoft server level and can they be deployed to employees down the stream. So that digital signature will be used with private and public key. Can someone help or put me in right direction so that I can get help on this subject.
