Microsoft Flow and Agreement ID 'changing'

Hi, I am using Microsoft Flow to create an agreement and send for signature. As part of that flow I am capturing and storing the Agreement ID against a record in Dynamics (which gives me the location of the original document in SharePoint)

The intention was to then have a second flow on signing of the document, from which I could, using the Agreement ID, find the dynamics record, get the storage location and then put the signed document back in the same place.

The issue I'm finding is that the Agreement ID returned in the 2nd stage is different from that provided in the first stage - is there a way around this?
