Microsoft Flow send document with fields

Hi there.

I have a flow that create a PDF document in Sharepoint from a Word Template and Microsoft Forms. 

In this flow I'm using the action : "Create an agreement from a document URL and send for signature".

This is working fine, but I also want to send a document that have an "Atachment File field required" so I can request a photograph in the same flow.

Is there anyway to send two files in the same flow? and one of them have that requirment?
