Migration process - Echo Sign to Adobe Sign

Hi,

 

My organisation are migrating from the Echo Sign platform to the Adobe Sign platform. We are 1 week out from the migration but the migration process still shows user migration as in process.

 

Is there something we have to do in order to mark it as complete?

As per the above description, I understand that you want to check the actual progress of the migration process from Echo Sign to Adobe Sign.

 

Have you tried logging in to the Admin Console and checked if the users are added in there or not?

Hi Souvik,

 

Thank you for your reply. I have checked the adobe admin console and it appears that all the users are there. My query is why the status on the migration page still shows this as being in progress? As per screenshot attached in my original post.

Stephen, the tentative date for the process completion is given as 22nd December, 2022. So even if the process shows as in progress for now, it will change to complete automatically.
