Missing Additional Functions:Add Template to Library,Create Widget,Archive a Document

On 6/24/2012 I signed up for a free account with EchoSign and had these functions.

Now with Adobe Sign these three functions are missing.

Add Template to Library, Create Widget, Archive a Document

I want the Add Template to Library and don't care about the others.

How do I get them/it back? Thanks

PS. I have a friend who signed up the same day and she still has these functions.

I did not have a Trial or Paid account. I had the Free account with EchoSign.

The 'Add Template to Library' was a feature.

My friend's account which shows Adobe Sign still has this feature and it is not a Paid account.

So, I would like to have my Free account reinstated please.

As stated I have my Welcome to EchoSign! email sent 6/24/2012.

Are you saying that Adobe switched my FREE EchoSign account to a TRIAL Adobe Sign account?

Seems your Trial or paid account was converted to a free account because the features you are referring to is part of paid account or Trial account.

I see that you have free Adobe Sign account with which you only get 5 free transactions in a month in a rolling window.

Earlier you had Adobe Sign Trial account for 14 days that got expired which has features like create Library template, widget, Mega Sign etc. as it was an Enterprise level account.
