Missing documents

Question

I sent out 3 documents last week for signatures and they never reached the recipients, I have tried to resend but can't as they are pending the signatures.  Has anybody else had this issue and any advice please.

Hi defaultvp16ftxd4jvt,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please ask the recipients to check the document in the Waiting for you folder under the Agreements/ Manage tab in Acrobat Sign.

Also, ask them to check their spam or junk folders in their email accounts.

You may cancel the document from your end and then send it again.
