Moving from Echosign to Adobe DC

Hello,

I had Adobe Echosign in the past.  I have some contracts saved there and I am paying a separate fee for that service.  I am now paying for Adobe DC for the redaction tool and see they have signature services.  My questions are:

1) How do I merge my old Echosign contracts with my new Adobe Pro account so I can cancel my Echosign account

2) How do I use the signature tool?  I need to upload a contract and send it out to a client.

thank you!

    Hi,

With the new Acrobat DC ,you get Echosign Pro along with that. With earlier versions this was not the case.

You could use the send for signature option to perform the second task.

For the first one I would recommend you to connect with chat support.
