Adobe Sign automatically adds a Signature field to the end of the document if you have not added the Signature field for the signer on the document and correctly assigned that field to the Signer.

Please add signature field for the Signer on the document, double click on the Signature field & assign the role to the Signer.

Hello AadeshSingh, is there a way to save this settings for every document I create?  I would like to have 2 signature fields in other parts of the document and my consultant just send the document for sign without configuring the fields everytime he does it.
