Multi-Line Field not showing scrollbar in Adobe Sign

Hello all! I have a form I created in Acrobat DC. I added the text for the agreement into a text box, made it multiline, and removed all limits. But, when the form is sent in Adobe Sign, the field cannot be clicked to reveal the scroll bar even though it can when previewing the form locally in Acrobat before being sent for signature.

Field is selectable and scrollbar is visible when in Acrobat application in previewing form mode before sending:
