Multiple e-signatures from one email address

I have created a PDF and require a husband and wife on the same email address to sign electronically.

If I just select 'signer' as the signing option, it only allows for one signature.

If  select 'signer1' and 'signer 2' it wants different email addresses.

Surely this possible, I just can't seem to work it out!?
