Multiple emails for one transaction
Hello,
Recipients are receiving an average of 15 notification emails for a single transaction. It is the notification email that the document has been signed and filed. Is there a way to prevent this? Or has there been an issue with the software that would be causing this?
It happened for Transactions No: CBJCHBCAABAAMJeh0RbOAluKMEVuAeJnIAvA4vaBiXCV and CBJCHBCAABAAvoBKUA_tb1HiZfu4Nzvn_4KtHBm3uGwQ
Can someone please look into this and advise? It's a crucial part of our process.
